Conditions of Use

We value the trust of our customers and ensure the quality of our products and services so we sell products ahead of their expiration date. In addition to keeping you safe, we also advise you to check the expiration date of the products upon delivery. If you receive an expired product, please report it to us so we can attend to it.

Delivery Terms

  1. Kindly make your orders ahead of time in the event that you have a target delivery date as we do not guarantee that the product/s will be delivered on your target date. With that said, we are also not able to commit to rush orders or deliveries.
  2. Once we ship out your order, we do not have any hold of the estimated time or day of delivery.
  3. If the person who made the purchase will not be available to receive the item/s, they may authorize another person to receive the delivered order/s. Kindly see to it that someone is present to receive the items on the day of delivery.

Payment Options

  • As of the moment, we provide two (2) payment options that you can choose from: bank deposit and GCash. 
  • For bank deposits, you may go to any Union Bank branch to make over-the-counter transactions. 
  • To provide you with ease, we also accept online and mobile bank payments for our Union Bank account, as well as e-wallets like GCash. 
  • After payment transactions have been made, kindly send us a screenshot of the completed transaction. We are committed to serving you with quality services even in our payment options so we are working on providing you with more payment options in the future. 

Shipping Policy

  1. For now, we only cater to areas within Metro Manila with the shipping fee set at P80.00. In the event that we expand to locations outside Metro Manila, the shipping fee will depend on your location.
  2. Shipping in Metro Manila areas will take 3 to 7 business days. There may also be delays depending on the weather condition, shipping partner, and courier service.
  3. We process orders only from Mondays to Fridays; weekends and holidays are not included.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept refunds but exchanges will be accepted in certain circumstances. Take note that the item that will be exchanged should have the same or higher price than the initial transaction amount. If there is such a situation, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can settle the matter accordingly.
